The hardest question we have to ask ourselves in this life is, “Who am I?”.

Ideally, we answer it for ourselves, but be warned that others will strive to do it for you – so don’t let them.

My Story

Hi, I am Antricia Cianna Gordon, life coach and energy guide. I have earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Spanish. In about a year, I’ll be culminating my Master of Business Administration degree. I currently serve on the board of Mental Health America of the Mid-south. I am also an active member of other non-profit organizations whose values are similar to my own. I am passionate about improving my mental health and that of any other person I am able to reach.

The person I am today is completely different from the person I was three years ago. I was unmotivated, anxiety ridden, extremely depressed, critically overweight and consistently in pain. Life seemed overwhelming and exhausting. I was stuck in a deep, dark hole with no idea how to move forward. Using my Acknowledge, Release, and Transform method, I have transitioned from feeling like life was not worth living, to making laughter and fun my new life #goals.

The EYT Method

Change begins with acknowledgement. Accepting that we created our current reality is often the most difficult, yet an essential first step. Once we accept our truth we then become empowered. Empowerment urges us to make a decision: are we comfortable being stagnant or is it time to grow?

Acknowledgement alone does not lead to transformation. Release is the strength and willingness to change your current situation. Releasing is step two of the process. In this stage, we retrain our brains, improve our mindset, and create a step by step plan to further eliminate interferences.

Releasing what no longer serve you sounds great, right? However, if we pick them up on our way back around, we have defeated the purpose. Transformation comes in when we take action and work the plan. This is where we build new habits, live with intention, and work each day to get closer to the life we deserve.
